Bengaluru: As there is a spike in the number of Covid-19 cases, the department of public instruction has revised the academic calendar for 2021-22.
The schools will remain closed till June 14, according to the new rule. The new academic year will start on June 15. The SSLC exam will be held as per the schedule, that is, from June 21. High school teachers will have conduct revision classes for students who are preparing for the SSLC exam from June 1-14. Therefore, summer vacation for high school teachers is till May 31.
