Bengaluru: A few days ago, a family from RT Nagar was at the Indian Christian Cemetery to perform the last rites of their 70-year-old matriarch who passed away due to Covid. But as they walked away from the burial ground, they got a call informing them that the woman’s daughter too succumbed to the infection.
The second wave of Covid-19 is apparently crueller than the first one as it is taking the lives of many young people, mainly in their 30s, and two or more victims from the same family.
