The Bilikal Rangaswamy Betta is a hill close to Kanakapura town at a distance of 75 km from Bangalore City Junction. It is16 km from Kanakapura and 112 km from Mysore. The hill station is among the highest hills in the area. It is also known as Bilikal Betta, which means white rock.

There are KSRTC and private buses available to Dodda Maralawadi from Harohalli. Only a few transportation alternatives are available from Dodda Maralawadi to Konala Doddi. Private cabs to Konala Doddi are also available at Harohalli.
