This city is renowned for its beautifully carved Tech Parks, and hundreds of top-notch IT companies host these tech parks. In every region of Bangalore, these tech parks clutch almost all the major companies in the world with a total of 1973 businesses and lakhs of employees, making Bangalore a place with ample opportunities for tech lovers.
Electronic City is one of the largest industrial parks for electronic IT in India, spread over 800 acres in Bangalore’s Konappana Agrahara and Doddathogur villages. It is split into four phases and set up by Keonics, Karnataka Electronic, a leader in the growth of IT infrastructure. This infrastructure is home to 200 IT companies, including major IT/Biotech universities such as BHEL, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, C-Dot, etc.
Bagmane IT Park is easily recognizable with its magnificent facilities, situated at CV Raman Nagar in Bangalore, sharing boundaries with HAL and DRDO. For individuals living in Indira Nagar, Jeevan Bheema Nagar, and Sadanand Nagar, Bagmane Tech Park is suitable. It’s one of the local parks with a pool, which is mostly visited on a break by company workers.
Manyata Tech Park, spread over 300 acres, is a software technology park in Bangalore, Karnataka, awarded by NDTC property awards as the Best IT Park. This technology park is close to residential areas such as Hennur, Hebbal, Banaswad, and Whitefield, linked to the Outer Ring Road district. This property also provides a gardening area and a football arena on the rooftop.
Right in the center of the Outer Ring Road, in Devarabeesanahalli, Bangalore, RMZ Ecospace Park is one of the top IT parks. On the premises, there is a co-working room. Top IT companies including Intel, Accenture, HP India, Shell India, SAP, Persistent Systems, Intuit are included. Bellandur, Marathalli, and HAL are close to Ecospace.
Another popular tech park, previously known as Vrindavan Tech Village and built-in 2010, is the Embassy Tech Park. Asia Green Building Award 2014 was given to the tech village and provides Flipkart, Xiaomi, Sony, LG, Cisco with the campus.
Embassy GolfLinks, located off the Intermediate Ring Road, spreads across 65 acres and is one of the first office parks in Bangalore with fully built office space. This park consists of 21 housing companies in office buildings such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Yahoo, etc. It is situated on Bangalore’s Inner Ring Road, surrounded by the Karnataka Golf Association Course and Ejipura’s Indian Defense Ground.
ITPL was established in 1992, as a joint venture between India and Singapore is one of the oldest tech Park in Bangalore. ITPL is now managed by Ascendas and has the Park Square Mall within its premises. Located in Whitefield main road, it’s home to companies like General Motors, Xerox, Vodafone, TCS, Sharp, Mu Sigma, Oracle, Perot Systems among others.
In the heart of an IT Hub on Marathalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, Prestige Tech Park is situated. Tech Park provides information technology companies with well built industrial offices. Prestige Shantiniketan, the first integrated township in Bangalore that includes residential towers, office buildings, and other amenities, is another Prestige building.
Brigade Tech Park is situated in Whitefield, which is one of the busiest places in Bangalore. It is fresh, located in the heart of Whitefield, and includes top IT firms such as Tata Consultancy Services, Goldman Sachs, Mu Sigma, General Motors, and more.
Mind Comp Tech Park, another IT park in Whitefield, is another venture. It is located very close to the famous windmill brewery. In this tech park, there are companies like Larsen and Turbo.
In Bangalore, Global Village Tech Park is a software technology park. The park, spread over 120 acres, is situated in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. The Tech Park has new facilities and hosts major companies such as Accenture, Mindtree, and Mphasis. This tech park is far from Bangalore, which is why the workers are offered their shutter services by many businesses.
On the old madras road, RMZ Infinity has been designed by DP Architects from Singapore. It was completed in 2008 to function in the best position between the CBD and Whitefield with superlative quality offices. It is adjacent to the Outer Ring Road and located just outside Gopalan Mall.
Located in Whitefield, Kalyani Tech Park is one of the most overlooked tech parks, offering an elegant exterior, a spacious campus with furnished and bare shell floors. Hewlett Packard is one of the major businesses living in this tech park.
One of the top IT parks located in Devarabeesanahalli is RMZ Ecoworld. It is near to Marathalli and HAL, right in the center of the Outer Ring Road. Intel, Accenture, HP India, Shell India, SAP, Persistent Systems, Intuit are some of the top companies in this IT park.
The Kirloskar Business Park is situated in a perfect location close to the residential city, including Hebbal, Banaswadi, HRBR Layout, among others. Like its residents, this tech park is home to several local IT businesses.
Located in Kadubeesanahalli, in the heart of the outer ring road, is Cessna Business Park. This park is one of Bangalore’s biggest, busiest, and most famous business parks.
