In everybody’s mouth, Bangalore based Pizzology developed its name using wood fire ovens and natural fresh ingredients.

Pizza has rapidly become a favorite food item among Indians and we can see the opening of pizza outlets in every corner of the city. Bangalore is India’s IT hub and the country’s most famous city as well. Bangalore is renowned for its numerous pizza outlets and one of the favorite hotspots for people to have a crunchy bite of a pizza in Electronic City is Pizzology.

The key reason that made Pizzology so popular in Electronic City among people of all ages is its fully loaded pizzas. Pizzology has received reasonably good feedback from customers since it began in November 2019. From the 4.9/5.0 scores seen on major food delivery apps such as Swiggy, Zomato and Uber Eats, etc., it is evident.

Prajakta, founder and CEO of Pizzology, was an air hostess before launching Pizzology. Prajakta came up with the idea of starting this venture when she and her husband saw pizzerias on the streets of Italy. These pizzerias had wood ovens running within the holes in the walls. Because of all the frozen ingredients cooked in electronic ovens, pizzas are known in our country as junk food. Prajakta thought of taking this idea of pizzas made in fire ovens made of natural wood. In these pizzas, the ingredients used are both fresh and organic.

On their path, too, Pizzology faced a lot of obstacles. The first challenge was an enticing menu to come up with. They eventually came up with this menu after a lot of food experiments and preparing their food for many events and seeking reviews from many people and food critics. But they are also focusing on making new types of pizza and other goods to please their customers every day.

Not only is Pizzology renowned for its crunchy pizzas, but they are also a popular location for many for their delicious pasta products and delicious pancakes. They serve both vegetarian and non-veg items, and the best-selling items on the non-veg menu are the Pepperoni and Ultimate Chicken delight. In the veg pizza portion, people love the Paneer deluxe and Mexican wave pizzas.

Using wood fire ovens and natural fresh ingredients is one of the key USPs for Pizzology’s performance. Pizzas made from wood-fire ovens provide the pizza with a special aroma and taste, and the fresh ingredients make their pizzas all the more delicious and nutritious.

They aim to expand their Pizzology Outlet to five more locations in and around Bangalore City, according to Prajakta. In addition, she adds that its mission is to create a pizza brand that is known for its taste and safe ingredients.
