Bangalore start-up Samosa Singh winning the hearts with India’s Snacking in the Global Snacking Market

The goal of Samosa Singh is to target the highly unorganized category of indulgent snacks. Huge market potential and unmet needs in the history of the market and the love associated with this product and the market gap for hygienic samosa were the inspiration of the founders to start the business. It was introduced on January 26th, 2016. Their aim is to take Indian street food to the corners of the globe and unite cultures and individuals in their love of food and celebration of life. They have been encouraged to evolve by the initial and continued love and encouragement they got from their friends and family, their patrons and partners, and their beloved clients. Nidhi and Shikhar Veer Singh co-founded Samosa Singh. With Shikhar as our Founder and CEO and Nidhi taking on the position of Co-founder and COO for the venture, the partners handle the diverse roles in the organization.

USP:-Every startup has something unique about itself and its founders derive it from it. Samosa Singh has a special energy and enthusiasm that it gets from its founders and its employees. This represents a mutual love for food, a passion for serving, and a need to co-create and innovate. Their samosas are more crispy and crunchy than the normal samosas. Each cloud kitchen involves cooking against the order, so you get newly cooked samosas every time you order. Samosas Singh samosas are lenient, but they are healthier. The unique encrusted shape of the samosas helps them to float on the surface, thereby making them lighter without losing the taste (about 50 percent less fat).

challenges:-There is a humongous obstacle to any possibility for a startup. They got a great opportunity just 3 months into their business and entrepreneurial path, which was turned down by many other major corporations. Then it was 100X of our skill. One of the biggest risks they faced was taking up the opportunity. They put everything into making it possible for this order. Taking up this challenge and making it possible, within a few months of starting their company, their 100X capacity was made possible and that was their MASTERSTROKE.

Future:-Keeping up with consumer trends and concentrating on healthy and positive lifestyles worked well for them by biting into the snacking industry. Value and the satisfaction of their brand will pave the way for their company’s future and will become two pillars that will describe their products.

Success:- Samosa Singh was born from a clear understanding that both leisure time and snack foods in India are inextricably connected to the cultural fabric of the region. And the food that exemplifies our country better than the versatile samosa. The business has found a way to reinforce their bond through Samosa Singh and is poised for exponential growth by positioning themselves as leaders in the underpenetrated and fragmented gourmet snack industry. They are biting in and battling to take on world dominance now for the Indian snacking industry. They have humble beginnings, have passion for their customers, and are growing to meet their aspirations. They have sold more than 25 million samosas and counting to date. A team of 4 to 150 and more than 25 locations developed.

Goal:-Samosa Singh aims to grow into 100 plus cloud kitchens with multi-city access.
