Treat your tastebuds with homemade podis and pickles from Podi Nan Maga

Give a surprise to your tastebuds with the amazing range of podis and pickles you have never tasted in your life before! Bengaluru folks, We present to you a local brand that makes some delicious homemade podis and pickles just for you!

South Indian food and culture is so diverse that it can treat your tastebuds with a celebration of flavours. As we walked on the streets of the city, we came across a brand called Podi Nan Maga which is run by Abhiram. He has mastered the art of making pickles in small batches that taste the best! Many home cooks and home bakers have been able to showcase their talent in this pandemic and this one too is a result of that.

Here, at Podi Nan Maga, you can buy pickles, puliogare pastes and chutney podis. If you are a fan of some dal and rice, then you must add some garlic pickle to it. But if you like it to be hot and spicy, then he also makes a spicier version with pounded bhoot jholokia in it for the extra hit of spice.  Do check out the seasonal pickles like gooseberry, swallow root and raw tamarind thokku.

These pickles and podis make you feel at home with carefully sourced ingredients, and packed in glass jars and finally wrapped in newspapers. Cheers! The packaging is eco friendly! If you love to experiment and try something new then you should go for the homemade ghee infused with betel leaf. This will give your food a different flavour. You can contact him on Instagram and place an order. Make sure that you get your stock quicky as everything is made in small batches.
